Through our corporate social responsibility, we are committed to enacting actions that benefit both the community and the environment.

desarrollo sostenible.

  1. Somos expertos en montaje y reparación de sistemas de reducción de emisiones en vehículos mineros para hacer un ecosistema de trabajo más seguro.

  3. Política interna de Gestión de residuos generados en el taller y mina.
  4. Colaboración con centros de formación de la zona
  5. Planes de formación y mejora laboral
  6. Jornadas de formación y cooperación para el desarrollo interno empresarial
  7. Formación continuada en materia de seguridad laboral. Contamos con formador cualificado interno.
  8. Implementación de canales digitales de comunicación interna.

We firmly believe in our duty towards sustainability, which is why we actively engage in machinery electrification and improvements that foster sustainable development.

  1. We specialize in assembling and repairing emission reduction systems in mining vehicles to ensure a safer work environment.
  2. Electrification of machinery.
  3. Internal policy for the management of waste generated in the workshop and mine.
  4. We collaborate with local training centres.
  5. Training and job improvement plans.
  6. Training and cooperation workshops for internal business development.
  7. Continuous training in occupational safety. We have a qualified in-house trainer.
  8. Implementation of digital channels for internal communication.

Local projects

At HIMESA, our strong commitment to the socio-local initiatives surrounding our company remains steadfast, year after year. Our goal is to promote various sports clubs and entities in Bages, enabling them to thrive in their pursuits and strengthen their economy.

Investing in research and development is crucial in the mining sector. That is why we have an in-house instructor exclusively focused on training our operators. We constantly invest in customised programs that allow our team to acquire and improve key skills.
